We’re a petite confection and custom chocolate factory. We create an assortment of decadent cakes, hand molded chocolates, candies and other delights for gourmet and gift shops, large fundraisers, small coffee shops, elaborate weddings, simple dinner parties and everything in between.

In the 15 years weve been cultivating Cocoa Bibelot, we’ve cooked up quite a variety of treats. We’ve created dark chocolate coffins, complete with skeleton, for an advertising agency’s Halloween party, white chocolate cherubs for a shop specializing in angels, and bright yellow chocolate sunflowers for a florist.

We’ve also turned out fresh fruit tarts for afternoon tea, a decadent Victorian layer cake for a bride, and rich Italian cheesecakes for a deli.

If you’re looking for something sweet, delicious and original to entice, thank, surprise or delight, call on Cocoa Bibelot. Dark chocolate kahlua truffles and linzer hearts may not solve all your problems, but they’re a perfect place to start.
