There are countless styling variations when it comes to wedding cakes. We have come across everything from simple, elegant cakes wth smooth rolled fondant sides and rose petals to a multi-layered basketweave cake with cascades of ivy and flowers. We like to tailor the cake with the color scheme of the wedding with the addtion of handmolded flowers of fondant or chocolate, fresh flowers, ribbon and greenery. Priced accordingly. Cake Flavor Combinations
Chocolate Truffle: Dark chocolate ganache cake, likened to the creamiest truffle wedded to the purest chocolate mousse.
White Chocolate Amaretto: A moist amaretto scented butter cake filled with a layer of apricot preserves, amaretto buttercream and white chocolate mousse.
White Chocolate Spice: A nutty spice cake frosted with a white choclate-cream cheese buttercream.
Valencia Orange: Layers of a moist Grand Marnier almond cake and orange buttercream.
Raspberry: Raspberry buttercream layered between Chambord scented butter cake or moist dark choclate cake.
